"This review is more to do with State Farm in general than with David. I have been with him for about 20 years. We have several polices with him through State Farm. Recently we received a notice from State Farm wanting underwriting information for the kids in our house for all vehicles even though the kids do not drive those car. I contacted David's office and we spoke about what needed to be done. I told them the kids would not be driving three of the five cars we have. We separated out the other polices according. I thought everything was ok until today we received a notice from State Farm saying they were cancelling two of the other polices because I had not provided them with the information they needed. Well we did. Of course we can't talk with anyone on a Saturday and we are left trying to figure out what to do. The only thing we have to do is find another insurance company after so many years. I would not recommend anyone to get State Farm. They are not like a good neighbor as they say.

Update 03-22-2026: I'm updating this review and changing it to five stars because of David. He was able to fix the issue over the weekend to make sure the policy is not cancelled. There is a lot to say for that. This has been our first big issue with State Farm and David was able to explain what occurred and why. I don't know about other peoples experience with other insurance companies but because of David we will be staying with State Farm."
